COACHING ~~~
Practical support for your next chapter
I work with men who are ready to break old habits, make meaningful changes, and take their lives in a new direction.
Real conversation.
Practical steps.
Work that belongs to you.
WHO I WORK WITH ~~~
You might be a good fit if you’re a man who is…
A father who wants to be more present, engaged, and intentional at home.
In early sobriety and figuring out what a healthy sober life looks like for you.
Seeking clarity in your purpose, career, or next chapter.
Ready to create healthier habits and patterns in daily life.
Open to honest conversations about relationships, choices, and personal growth.

COACHING VS. THERAPY ~~~
Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching with me is not a substitute for therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or substance use disorders. I do not work with individuals in active addiction. For some of the men I coach, addiction recovery is part of their story. For others, it isn’t.
My role is to help you get clear on what you want to change, develop a strategy for getting there, and follow through on the work it takes to make it happen.
Common Questions
Mike offers a four-session coaching package for $297. Each session is 60 minutes, and sessions are typically scheduled weekly to allow time to explore challenges, take action, and build momentum.
Coaching is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix, so working together over several sessions is generally recommended. Individual sessions may also be available upon request, depending on your needs.

How long are sessions, and how often will we meet?

Sessions are 60 minutes. Weekly sessions are most common, especially in the beginning, as we get to know each other, build momentum, and create accountability. As you make progress, you may choose to meet less often, whether that’s every other week, monthly, or as needed. The coaching process is flexible and we’ll discuss what makes sense for you and adjust along the way.
My relationship with Christ is central to who I am and how I approach life and coaching. My faith shapes the way I understand purpose, integrity, responsibility, and how we are called to live.
While I won’t separate those core principles from the work I do, you do not need to share my beliefs to work with me, and I will always treat you with respect. If you want faith and Scripture to be an active part of our work together, I’m more than happy to make that part of the conversation.
Is this faith-based coaching?
